Selvora Limited, trading as SellingSquads(“SellingSquads”, “we”, “us”) helps sellers and their teams draft and manage marketplace listings and run their orders, including by connecting to platforms such as eBay. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your choices. It goes with our Terms of Service.

1.What we collect

  • Your login: your name, email address, profile photo, and your password, kept only as a salted hash, never in plain text. Your appearance and notification settings.
  • Your workspace: its name and picture, its members, what each member may do, and invitations.
  • Connected marketplace accounts:the sign-in tokens a marketplace gives us when you connect (for example “Sign in with eBay”), encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never logged. We never see or keep your marketplace password.
  • Marketplace data: your listings, orders, buyer messages, returns and cases, payouts and fees, and listing traffic, read from the marketplace so SellingSquads can show and manage them. Orders include what a buyer gave the marketplace to receive their item, such as their name and delivery address.
  • What you add: listing drafts and photos, purchase and delivery records for orders, notes, files and voice notes in workspace chat, and announcements.
  • Billing:your plan, its invoices and payments, and the name, address and email given when you pay. Your card details are taken by Stripe, our payment processor; we see only the card's brand, last four digits and expiry date, never the full number.
  • How SellingSquads is used: the actions each member takes, and time spent in SellingSquads by area, shown to the workspace owner and co-managers to run their team.
  • Security records: to protect the Service, we record sign-in attempts, how often the Service is used, attempts to capture or copy it (the screenshot keys and shortcuts, printing and copying whole pages), signs of a program or AI agent at work on its pages (a browser run by a program, developer tools or a program controlling the browser, clicks a program makes, pages opened faster than a person reads them), and the browser extensions that add themselves to its pages (their name, or the mark they leave), each with the page, the time, the internet address and the browser.
  • Problem reports:when you use Report a problem, what you write, a picture of the SellingSquads page you were on (with anything you chose to black out hidden), the page's address, your browser and screen size, and the page's recent errors.
  • Technical data:basic logs (time and the address asked for) for reliability. We don't log what you type, your passwords or your tokens.

2.Why we use it

  • To run your login and workspace, and to act on your marketplace accounts when you or your team ask: drafting, publishing and managing listings, orders and messages.
  • To draft listing content with AI, sending only the product details needed for the listing being drafted.
  • To send the emails and notifications you expect: confirmations, invitations, alerts and statements.
  • To answer problem reports and support questions.
  • To keep the Service secure and to protect it from misuse and copying, as our Terms of Service describe.
  • To keep SellingSquads reliable and improve it.

3.Who sees it

  • Your workspace:the workspace owner and co-managers see the workspace's data and its members' activity and time; members see what their access allows.
  • SellingSquads' team: a few people see what they need to run the Service: workspace applications, problem reports, security records and alerts, and usage.
  • Marketplaces you connect, such as eBay, to carry out what you ask.
  • Service providers who process data for us under contract, only to run the Service: hosting and databases, file storage, email delivery, browser notifications, AI content generation and, where you pay for a plan, payments (Stripe).
  • Anyone the law requires us to tell, or where needed to protect SellingSquads, our customers or others from harm or fraud.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

4.Marketplace account data

Where SellingSquads connects to a marketplace such as eBay, we access only the data and permissions you grant when you connect, and use them only to provide the Service to you. You can revoke access at any time from the marketplace's application settings, or by disconnecting the account in SellingSquads. When a marketplace tells us an account was closed or asks us to delete its data, we do.

5.How long we keep it

  • Your workspace's data is kept while the workspace is active, and deleted when its owner deletes it.
  • Security records and problem reports are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless needed longer for an investigation or a legal claim.
  • Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after a workspace is deleted.

6.Cookies and storage in your browser

SellingSquads keeps your sign-in in your browser, and a sign-in cookie that lets our pages open only for signed-in people. It remembers small preferences, such as which panels you left open, and, for ten minutes at a time, which kinds of page were opened in your browser, to tell a person from an automated tool. These are all needed for the Service to work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

7.Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, encrypted marketplace tokens, hashed passwords, limits on sign-in attempts, refusing bots and automated tools, access controls by role, and records of how the Service is used. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

8.Your choices and rights

You can see and change your login details in Settings, and a workspace owner can delete the workspace with everything in it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or limit how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to use these rights.

9.Children

SellingSquads is for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data about children.

10.Changes

We may update this policy. When a change matters, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you use SellingSquads.
