Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Selvora Limited, trading as SellingSquads(“SellingSquads”, “we”, “us”) for using the SellingSquads website and app (the “Service”). By creating a login, joining a workspace or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use SellingSquads for a business or for clients, you agree for that business too. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1.The Service

SellingSquads helps online sellers and the teams that run their stores: drafting and publishing listings, running orders, messages and returns, product research, analytics, finances and team work. Some features depend on the marketplaces you connect, such as eBay, and on their rules and limits, which can change.

2.Logins and workspaces

  • Each login is for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your login.
  • A workspace belongs to its owner, who decides who joins, what each member can do, and is responsible for everything done in it by its members.
  • Give us true information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18.
  • We may review a workspace before it opens, and refuse one, at our discretion.

3.Your marketplace accounts

When you connect a marketplace account, you allow SellingSquads to act on it as you instruct: reading your listings, orders, messages and finances, and publishing, changing, dispatching, refunding or messaging when you or your team ask. You remain responsible for your accounts and for following each marketplace's policies, including what may be sold. You can disconnect an account at any time in SellingSquads or from the marketplace.

4.Your content and AI drafts

What you put into SellingSquads (listings, photos, notes, messages, records) stays yours. You give us the right to store, process and show it as needed to run the Service for you. SellingSquads uses AI to draft titles, descriptions, item specifics and prices; check every draft before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

5.SellingSquads is ours

The Service, and everything in it that isn't your content, belongs to SellingSquads: the software and its code, the design and the look and feel of every screen, the layouts, the features and how they work together, the workflows, the text, the graphics, the name and the logo. They are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other laws.

While your workspace is active and you follow these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business, or your clients' where you run their stores. Nothing else is licensed to you, and every right not given here is kept by SellingSquads.

6.What you must not do

You must not, and must not help or allow anyone else to:

  • copy SellingSquads: reproduce, imitate or create a product or service that copies or is based on the Service, its screens, design, features or workflows, in whole or in part, by any means, including by giving screenshots, recordings or descriptions of it to AI tools, designers or developers;
  • capture it for others: take screenshots, screen recordings, prints or copies of the Service to share outside your workspace, publish, or give to anyone building, designing or marketing another product. A screenshot of your own data for your own work, or sent to us to report a problem, is fine;
  • take it apart: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to find the source code, structure, prompts or methods of the Service, or use its code in your browser for anything but using SellingSquads;
  • automate it: scrape, crawl or extract the Service or its content with bots, scripts or other automated means, or use it through AI agents, AI browsers, AI assistant browser extensions or other tools that read, operate or record it, beyond the downloads SellingSquads offers;
  • get around its protections: test, probe or bypass its security, sign-in, permissions, rate limits or the records it keeps;
  • share or resell it: give access to anyone outside your workspace, share a login, or resell, rent or sublicense the Service;
  • use it to break the law, a marketplace's rules or anyone's rights, or to send spam, malware or anything harmful.

Anything you learn about the Service's features, design or plans that isn't public is confidential, and you must not share it.

7.How we protect the Service

To protect the Service and our customers, SellingSquads records how it is used, including attempts to capture or copy it: the screenshot keys and shortcuts, printing and copying whole pages, with the page, the time, the browser and the internet address. It also records signs of a program or AI agent at work on its pages (a browser run by a program, developer tools or a program controlling the browser, clicks a program makes, pages opened faster than a person reads them, an AI assistant's browser extension on the page), and pauses the page while it sees them; other browser extensions that add themselves to its pages are noted. SellingSquads' pages and data are served only to people's own browsers: bots, crawlers and automated tools are refused. Repeated captures, and any sign of a program, are reviewed by our team, whoever makes them, a workspace owner included. We may limit how fast the Service can be used, and investigate any use we think breaks these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

8.Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close a login or a workspace, at once and without notice, if we reasonably believe it has broken these terms, in particular sections 5 and 6, or puts the Service, our customers or a marketplace at risk. You can stop using SellingSquads at any time, and a workspace owner can delete the workspace from its settings. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue after your use ends, and we may still take action for a breach that happened before.

9.Breaking these terms

If you copy, capture or take apart the Service in breach of these terms, you are responsible for the loss it causes us, and we may seek every remedy the law allows, including an order to stop, the removal of anything built from the Service, and damages. You agree that breaking sections 5 or 6 can harm SellingSquads in ways money alone can't put right.

10.The Service as it is

We work hard to keep SellingSquads accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or right for your purpose. Marketplace data, AI drafts, profit figures and research are guides; check them before you rely on them.

11.Plans and payment

  • Paid plans, what each includes, its limits and its price are shown on our pricing page and again before you pay. Prices are in US dollars, with tax added where the law requires.
  • A free trial turns into the plan you chose when it ends, unless you cancel before; the price and the day of the first charge are shown before you start it.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year and are charged in advance to your card, through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. Additions, such as more stores with Analytics, more stores, people or AI credits on Team, and AI credit packs, are charged as shown when you add them.
  • You can cancel online at any time from Billing; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are as our Refunds and cancellation policysets out, which is part of these terms; except as it says or the law requires, fees aren't refunded.
  • We tell the workspace owner at least 30 days before a price change. It applies from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, we try again and let you know; if it still isn't paid, we may pause the workspace until it is.
  • A plan's limits (its eBay stores, people and AI credits a month) apply to the whole workspace. Analytics depends on the reads eBay allows SellingSquads each day, so stores with Analytics past what a plan offers are added on request, when there's room.

12.Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, SellingSquads is not liable for lost profits, sales, data or goodwill, or for indirect losses, and our total liability for anything arising from the Service in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

13.Changes

We may change these terms. When the change matters, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you use SellingSquads; if you don't, stop using the Service.

14.The law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts decide any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
